DJ Bill Bara

My love for beats and rhythms began as a child and deepened after experiencing a live DJ as a teenager. I practiced on my own set of turntables and mixer, picking up gigs at local parties and dances. In college, my skills sharpened further as I DJ’d multiple nights a week. After graduating, I moved to Pittsburgh to work for Clear Channel Radio, developing skills in audio production, script voicing, and live production. At night, I worked in several nightclubs, winning City Paper's Best Nightclub DJ. Moving into the wedding industry, I brought club vibes to wedding scenes through my company, Modern Era Weddings. Today, I manage most of my bookings, and continue to DJ weddings through agencies. In addition, my passion for fitness inspired me to create 'Running Mixes,' a free mix service for runners, and co-found 'Club Cycle,' a spin studio with live DJ's.As a full-time DJ, I'm confident in my ability to elevate any event - be it weddings, nightclubs, corporate events, birthday parties, or school events. In 2024, with technological advancements and new streaming networks, it's an exciting time for DJs.
